Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Florida. You will oversee care delivery during night shifts, applying the nursing process and leading a care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires ACLS/BLS, vents/trachs experience, and a Florida RN license (or multi-state compact). Continue education and leadership are encouraged, with benefits and travel support available through ARMStaffing.

Qualifications

Job Description

The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the safe delivery of care. They maintain clinical competencies through continuing education, delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available, and provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an LTAC/Telemetry setting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid Florida RN or multi-state compact RN license.
