Job summary

Bayside Rehabilitation in Florida is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee delivery of medications and treatments, supervising RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, and ensuring high-quality resident care.

The role includes completing admissions and routine assessments, monitoring resident conditions, and maintaining clear documentation. You will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and families while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required, we'll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities
