Job summary

Camden Health and Rehabilitation in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to become a full-time Unit Manager/Coordinator for our 135-bed facility. You will lead and support nursing operations under the Director of Nursing, guiding staff and coordinating clinical services.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience in long-term care, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to residents and families. A competitive benefits package applies.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with leadership skills.
• Compassionate, able to handle multiple priorities and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and organizational leadership to the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinates clinical services and resolves care-related issues for residents.
• Monitors Medicare/Medicaid compliance and reports deficiencies/non-compliance.
• Ensures staff training, orientation and regular in-services.
• Maintains clear communication with residents and families.
• Coordinates discharge planning and input admissions into the system.
