Job summary

Camden Health and Rehabilitation in Greensboro, NC is seeking an RN and/or LPN for full-time or part-time work to plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care for residents under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

The role involves supervising CNAs, coordinating unit care, administering medications, transcribing orders, performing nursing assessments, and developing and implementing care plans to meet residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• Experience supervising CNAs and other staff in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs, Med Aides, and other staff.
• Coordinate the nursing care of residents on the unit, ensuring staff can provide appropriate care.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders accurately.
• Perform nursing assessments and notify physicians of status changes.
• Develop a care plan based on assessment and care implementation.
• Institute nursing interventions to stabilize residents and prevent complications.
• Contribute to resident assessments and care plan development.
• Ensure ADLs are documented for each shift and run daily reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
