Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all nursing care on the assigned unit.
• Ensure proper documentation, medication administration, and adherence to care plans.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Support and mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and medication aides to promote high-quality care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in audits, incident reviews, and quality improvement efforts.
