Job summary

Camden Health and Rehabilitation is actively seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs for full-time or part-time roles in Greensboro, NC. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will coordinate nursing care, supervise CNAs, administer medications, and participate in care planning.

Qualified candidates hold an unrestricted NC RN or LPN license and demonstrate compassion, strong communication, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• Patience, compassion, and empathetic care for residents.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and other staff.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and services provided by CNAs and Med Aides.
• Coordinate nursing care on the unit and ensure staff readiness.
• Provide safe medication-related interventions and document orders.
• Perform resident health assessments and communicate changes to physicians.
• Develop and implement plans of care based on assessments.
