Job summary

Ridge Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN/LPN Unit Manager in Wilkesboro, NC. You will oversee resident care and lead a nursing team, ensuring quality, compliance, and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of resident care and provide nursing leadership.
• Assist with admissions/discharges and complete evaluations.
• Maintain discharge planning notes and referrals for residents.
• Ensure accurate sign in/out sheets for staffing hours.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to resolve grievances.
