Ridge Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Wilkesboro, NC is seeking RN/LPN Charge Nurses for full-time, 12-hour shifts. You will lead the nursing team, provide direct care, perform assessments, and ensure compliance with care plans and regulations.

Qualifications

• Current, active North Carolina RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lead and support a nursing team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
