Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current unencumbered state licensure.
• Supervisory experience required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Determines optimal allocation of present staff per shift.
• Coordinates care of patients on assigned shift.
• Notifies Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing as needed.
• Receives staff, resident and family grievances and refers to management.
• Assists nurses in completing risk assessments and investigations of injury.
• Notifies Assistant Director of Nursing and Human Resources Director of identified learning needs.
