Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, including patient care and staff management.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations and care planning for patients to ensure individualized attention and outcomes.
• Lead a team of caregivers, providing coaching and feedback to enhance patient care and staff performance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.
