Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license in state of practice.

• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5+ years nursing experience in hospital, nursing home or healthcare setting; at least 1 year as nurse supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day patient care and supervise nurse staff.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing to meet regulatory standards.
• Recruit, orient, and train nursing staff and auxiliary personnel.
• Schedule and assign nursing staff; monitor performance and conduct coaching.
