Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• At least 1 year of nursing leadership or administrative experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
• Direct patient care and treatment planning, ensuring compliance with care standards.
• Coordinate staffing needs and assist in hiring.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve resident and family concerns and advocate for resident rights.
• Mentor staff and participate in training, including Preceptor Training.
• Drive quality improvement to enhance outcomes and operations.
