Job summary

Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center in Mechanicsville, VA, seeks an RN or LPN Unit Coordinator to oversee a 120-bed unit in our rehab center. The coordinator will supervise Nursing and CNAs, interface with physicians, manage QI reporting, and provide clinical guidance.

Qualifications

The Unit Coordinator is responsible for staff supervision of Nursing and CNAs, as well as interfacing with physicians, QI reporting and follow-up, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed. We offer a supportive work environment with a stable nursing and administrative team.

Education (Minimum Required) High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED: RN/LPN license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice.

Experience and/or Pre-requisites

Minimum three to five years of experience as an LPN or RN, preferably in long term care.

Skills and Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care.
