Job summary

Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center in Mechanicsville, VA, seeks an RN or LPN Unit Coordinator to oversee a 120-bed unit in our rehab center. The coordinator will supervise Nursing and CNAs, interface with physicians, manage QI reporting, and provide clinical guidance.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN license in Virginia to practice.
• Minimum 3–5 years of RN/LPN experience, preferably in long-term care.

• Interface with physicians and oversee QI reporting and follow-up.
• Provide clinical expertise to staff as needed.
