Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking an RN/LPN House Supervisor to lead the nursing team in the DON's absence at our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will oversee shift staffing and rounds, coordinating admissions, transfers and discharges with proper documentation.

Qualified candidates must be licensed RN or LPN with at least 3 years of nursing experience, including acute care.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN or RN with valid nursing license.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department in the DON’s absence.
• Review staffing at shift changes and assign/replace staff.

Nursing is what we do! Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a 3 to 11p RN/LPN House Supervisor for our 120 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Mechanicsville.

The RN/LPN House Supervisor oversees the nursing department in the DON’s absence. The House Supervisor reviews staffing at the change of a shift and assigns and replaces staff to meet patient care needs. Completes patient care rounds. Coordinates admissions, transfers and /or discharges and ensures appropriate documentation. Assists in orientation of evening and night shift employees. Supervises and evaluates evening and night shift employees.

Qualified candidates will be a licensed LPN/RN and have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse as well as experience in acute setting.
