We're seeking a RN/LPN Supervisor responsible for supervising the delivery of care to our residents. The RN/LPN Supervisor will assess resident needs, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise both LPNs and CNAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing, including recommendations, interviews, hiring, and orientation of professional staff.
• Provide clinical leadership by working with the DON and Unit Manager to effectively plan, organize, direct, and implement a comprehensive nursing program.
• Ensure compliance and effective communication among nurses, CNAs, and medical staff.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and ensure plans address all indicators.
• Collaborate with caregiving teams to monitor residents' status and progress.
• Communicate effectively across disciplines.
• Prepare reports on Quality Measures/Indicators and track data for performance improvement.
• Engage actively in Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Implement educational plans to meet evolving program needs.
