Job summary

Apploi is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee care delivery, supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, and ensure timely resident assessments. The role focuses on safety, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication in a skilled nursing setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN or LPN license and have experience in long-term care. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates
• Other duties as assigned
