Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee their assigned unit, administer treatments and medications, and lead a team of CNAs while maintaining high quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with active LPN licensure in the state.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to supervise professional and nonprofessional staff.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous resident records and charting for admissions, discharges, transfers, and events.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document administration accurately.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, including transportation arrangements.
• Provide professional nursing care such as wound care, catheterization, and dressing changes.
• Collaborate with RN Supervisor/Director of Nurses and report on resident status.
• Present a professional image and uphold consumer service standards.
