Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services in Keene, NH seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings. You will supervise LPNs and aides, participate in care planning, and coordinate with physicians and families to ensure resident well-being.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with at least one year of nursing experience, strong communication, and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State.
• One year nursing experience necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily direction and monitor LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Assist in orientation and training of new nursing staff.
• Motivate LPNs and CNAs on the unit and ensure high care standards.
• Communicate regularly with the Director of Nursing about assessments and concerns.
• Observe resident health and report changes and notify physicians as needed.
