Langdon Place of Keene, part of 603 Healthcare, is seeking RN or LPN candidates to provide direct nursing care with a resident-centered approach. The role involves coordinating with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification and strong clinical judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care within licensure and scope of practice.
• Monitor resident status and communicate significant changes.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform treatments, wound care, and other nursing procedures.
• Document physician orders and participate in rounds and care planning.
• Supervise nursing staff as appropriate to licensure.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Support infection control, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
