Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC in Concord, NH is seeking a Registered Nurse for an assisted living community. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, assess patient needs, and evaluate outcomes to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires an active RN license, English proficiency, and BLS/CPR certification. You will delegate tasks within scope, document using PCC, and support resident-centered care and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license by the State Board of Nursing in the center’s state is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure patient safety.
• Must provide verification of TST as required by state law.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Manage patient care, including delegating tasks to LPNs and CNAs.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care management and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Point Click Care (PCC).
