Job summary

WesleyLife in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management, with comprehensive resident assessments and individualized care planning.

You will administer medications, monitor for side effects, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the healthcare team to optimize resident care in a supportive, regulations-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa RN or LPN license.
• LTC experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management with comprehensive resident assessments and documented care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.
