Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide pediatric home healthcare in the Phoenix area. You will treat infants, children, and adolescents according to the physician's plan of care, administer medications, and coordinate care with families and the care team in patients' homes.

The role emphasizes education for patients and families, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN/LPN license required.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children and adolescents per the plan of care.
