Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking an RN/LPN to provide pediatric home health care in the Marana, Arizona area. The nurse will follow physician plans of care, administer prescribed medications and therapies, and document nursing actions and patient responses.

Coordination of care with families and other health professionals is essential. The ideal candidate holds an active Arizona RN license, demonstrates strong organization and communication skills, and has time management and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN license is required.
• Active nursing license in good standing is required.
• Attention to detail, time management, and effective problem solving.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and adolescents per the plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Document assessments, nursing actions, patient responses, and care coordination.
