A home healthcare provider in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care for infants, children, and adolescents in accordance with their treatment plans. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation of nursing actions, and patient and family education. The ideal candidate holds a valid Arizona nursing license, has excellent communication skills, and prefers candidates with home health experience. • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care.
• Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.
