Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking an RN/LPN for pediatric home health in the Phoenix area, delivering care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes.

The role emphasizes autonomy, detailed documentation, family education, and collaboration with physicians to execute the plan of care. Night differential and sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing (required).

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care.

• Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.
