Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for pediatric home health with a focus on night shifts. You will deliver care to infants and children per physician plans, administer medications, and coordinate with families to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role emphasizes education, documentation, and collaborative care in the patient’s home. Night differential and sign-on bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN license or active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in home health or pediatrics preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents per plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Document nursing activities, assessments, actions, and care coordination.
• Educate patient families on disease process, self-care, and prevention.
