We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Sellersville, PA and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $60,000-$72,000

Job Duties

• Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents at home, following physician plans of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care and educate families to improve outcomes.
• Implement preventative measures to ensure quality of care.
