For 50 years, LifePath has been providing community and residential services to individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities across 7 counties in Pennsylvania. Our programs are guided by respect, dignity, and the opportunity for individuals to make decisions about their lives.

RN/LPN job responsibilities include providing care in a residential group home for adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Duties include collaborating with direct care staff to meet residents' needs, such as personal care, meals, transportation, household duties, medication administration, attending medical appointments, assessments, treatments, and documentation.

Full-time & Part-time Schedules Available:

• Second Shifts
• Awake Overnight Shifts (including every other weekend)

LPN Qualifications:

• Current LPN license from Pennsylvania
• Minimum one year of nursing experience
• Valid Driver's License with a clean 3-year record
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to read and understand English
