Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Lehighton, PA and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: from $30/hr

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a meaningful difference in patients' and families' lives. We are hiring Full-time and Part-time RN & LPN positions, with shifts available during days, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Providing medical care and treatment to infants, children, and adolescents at home, following physician-approved care plans.
2. Conducting ongoing patient assessments.
3. Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
4. Coordinating care among healthcare providers and families.
5. Educating family members to improve patient outcomes.
6. Implementing preventative measures to ensure quality care.
