Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Lehighton, PA and nearby areas. Pay Range

Starting from $30/hr.

Job Duties

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, impacting the lives of children and their families. We offer full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing medical needs and treatment plans for infants, children, and adolescents at home, following physician directives.
  • Conducting ongoing patient assessments.
  • Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
  • Coordinating care with the healthcare team.
  • Educating families to improve clinical outcomes.
  • Implementing preventative measures to ensure quality care.
