UnityPoint Health in Cedar Rapids seeks an RN or LPN to join our outpatient clinic team, delivering whole-person, integrated behavioral health care. You will work with psychiatric providers, care coordinators, and support staff to address mental health and substance use needs, ensuring compassionate, person-centered care.

You will room patients, collect health questionnaires, and help coordinate treatment plans, lab results, and medication refills while maintaining compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with persons in recovery from mental illness and/or substance use disorders preferred.
• Must demonstrate compassionate, collaborative and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Room patients and take health questionnaires (vital signs, meds, mental health symptoms).
• Process refill requests and communicate results with psychiatric providers.
• Review lab reports, pharmacy inquiries and client concerns with the team.
• Provide whole-person, integrated care in an outpatient clinic setting.
