Job summary

Life Care Services’ Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an on-call, full-time role. Starting pay is $34/hour plus experience pay, with additional shift differentials for evening/night and weekends.

You’ll join a compassionate team on a 60-acre campus offering care across the continuum. Responsibilities include assessments, vitals, meds, restorative care, and rounds, with strict documentation and coordination with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana RN or LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years skilled nursing experience.
• Must be available for on-call shifts.

Your Responsibilities:

Requirements for On-Call Position:

• Valid Indiana RN or LPN License


• 2+ years of skilled nursing experience


• Matrixcare experience


• Experience level sufficient to limit clinical orientation to 2 shifts


• On-call nurses must be available at least one day per month for an 8-hour period.


• Nurses do not create their schedule, but may pick up open shifts up to one week in advance or respond to a request to cover openings.


• Provide staffing coordinator with each month’s availability no later than the 15 th of the month prior.


• Respond to staffing calls within 60 minutes of contact.


• Remain within a 30-minute radius of the facility during on-call hours.


• Maintain phone accessibility at all times during on-call shifts.


• If no shifts are picked up within 30 days, the employee will be removed from payroll.
