Job summary

Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, IN is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our care team. We offer full-time evening and weekend options with 2pm-10:30pm shifts, 6am-10pm weekends, and 6pm-6:30am 12-hour shifts.

Starting pay is $30/hour with pay for experience up to $34/hour and shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. As an LPN you will provide nursing services, support restorative care, perform rounds, document observations, and collaborate with residents,

Qualifications

• Licensure as an LPN for Indiana is required or preferred.
• Competence in resident assessments, vital signs, and meds.
• Ability to document changes and coordinate care with team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, and medication administration
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care and daily living instruction
• Conduct regular rounds and communicate observations
• Document and report unusual or abnormal findings, care plan changes, and follow-up needs
• Supervise nursing personnel and provide job‑specific guidance
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

SHIFT AVAILABLE:

• Full-time Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm, includes every other Saturday and Sunday
• Full-time Weekend Option: 6am-10pm Saturdays and Sundays
• 12 hour shifts: every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 6pm-6:30am
