Job summary

Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, IN, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team and deliver skilled nursing services in a vibrant Life Plan Community. You will perform assessments, monitor residents, administer medications, and help with restorative care while upholding our standards of hospitality and quality care.

The role offers full-time evening, weekend, and 12-hour shift options with competitive pay starting at $34/hour and potential up to $39/hour plus $2–$3 shift

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license required or in progress.
• Experience in long-term care or hospital settings preferred.
• Ability to document and report observations accurately.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services including assessments and medication administration.
• Monitor residents' condition and vital signs.
• Administer treatments and support restorative care.
• Document findings and update care plans.
• Supervise nursing staff and mentor care aides.

Shifts Available:

• Full-time Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm, includes every other Saturday and Sunday
• Full-time Weekend Option: 6am-10pm Saturdays and Sundays
• 12 hour shifts: every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 6pm-6:30am

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, and medication administration
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care and daily living instruction
• Conduct regular rounds and communicate observations
• Document and report unusual or abnormal findings, care plan changes, and follow-up needs
• Supervise nursing personnel and provide job-specific guidance
