LCS is hiringCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, IN. The role focuses on compassionate care across assisted living and memory care settings, with responsibilities including ADLs, resident support, and proper documentation.

Starting pay is $19/hour with experience pay and additional shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Strong emphasis on resident relationships, teamwork, and growth within a non-profit Life Plan Community.

Formación

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Completed a 105-hour Certified Nursing Assistant program and be eligible for Indiana CNA registration.
• Must be currently listed on the Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant Registry in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge of residents as instructed by Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide direct patient care as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Document resident care accurately and promptly.
• Communicate any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse and leadership.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

• Part-time Evenings: 3pm-11pm, 1-2 weekdays and every other weekend
• Par-time Evenings: 3pm-11pm, includes every other weekend and Mondays day shift
• Part-time Nights: 11pm-7am, 1 weeknight and every other Friday and Saturday

Your Responsibilities:

• Requires having name placed on Certified Nursing Assistant Registry at time of hire as required by the Indiana State Board of Health. Must be in good standing and maintain certification throughout employment.
