Job summary

Greenwood Village South is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an on-call, part-time role in Greenwood, IN. Starting pay at $34/hour, plus experience pay for RNs, with a $2 shift differential for evening and night shifts.

As part of the team you will provide nursing services, including resident assessments, vital signs, and medication administration; supervise staff; perform rounds; document care; and coordinate with residents, families, and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities:

Requirements for On-Call Position:

• Valid Indiana RN or LPN License
• 2+ years of skilled nursing experience
• Experience level sufficient to limit clinical orientation to 2 shifts
• On-call nurses must be available at least one day per month for an 8-hour period.
• Nurses do not create their schedule, but may pick up open shifts up to one week in advance or respond to a request to cover openings.
• Provide staffing coordinator with each month’s availability no later than the 15 th of the month prior.
• Respond to staffing calls within 60 minutes of contact.
• Remain within a 30-minute radius of the facility during on-call hours.
• Maintain phone accessibility at all times during on-call shifts.
• If no shifts are picked up within 30 days, the employee will be removed from payroll.
