Pay: $36.00–$38.00 per hour

As a Unit Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight for your assigned nursing unit while supporting our nursing staff and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and quality care.
Responsibilities include:
Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff on the assigned unit.
Monitor resident care and ensure nursing services are provided according to established standards.
Assist with developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans.
Monitor documentation and ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical records.
Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Assist with staff scheduling, assignments, and daily unit operations.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
Assist with ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
Respond to resident and family concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
Support the Director of Nursing and nursing leadership team with daily clinical operations.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and excellent resident care.
LPN:
Current and active Virginia LPN license.
Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
RN:
Current and active Virginia RN license.
Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
