Brookside Rehab & Nursing Center in Warrenton, VA is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Weekend Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership across weekend shifts. The role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining regulatory compliance while coordinating with physicians and families.

Part-time, every other weekend, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff and nursing assistants.
• Ensuring quality resident care while promoting a positive team environment.
• Responding to resident needs and clinical concerns in a timely manner.
• Providing guidance and support to staff throughout the shift.

Brookside Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Weekend Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and ensure exceptional care for our residents. If you're a compassionate nurse who enjoys leading a team and making a difference, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM OR 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

As the Weekend Nursing Supervisor, you will serve as the clinical leader for your shift by:

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff and nursing assistants.

• Ensuring quality resident care while promoting a positive team environment.

$33.50 - $35.00 per hour

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
