Clay Center Presbyterian Manor is hiring an RN to provide direct nursing care and to supervise LPNs and nursing assistants. This position emphasizes resident-centered care within a faith-based, not-for-profit community.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in Kansas, a nursing degree, and prior supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care settings. Competitive benefits accompany a full-time schedule.

Formación

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Experience supervising in a hospital, long-term care community or related health care facility preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, and laws/regulations for long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities by LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and guidelines.
