Job summary

Carolina Care Health and Rehabilitation in North Carolina is seeking Staff Nurses to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. The RN/LPN will plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, health education, and services for residents under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN or LPN license.
• Plan, coordinate and manage nursing care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs and other staff providing care.
• Coordinate nursing care across the unit to ensure proper delivery.
• Administer and document medication interventions safely.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders accurately.
• Perform resident health assessments and report changes.
• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments.
• Choose appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions.
