Job summary

Danville Services of Arizona is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide compassionate, client-centered care in home-like settings. You will assess and address the emotional, medical, and physical needs of clients, document observations, and follow medical recommendations to improve quality of life.

Starting pay is $29.00 per hour with a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 for full-time Nurses. You will work with no more than 6 patients per shift, with support from at least one Direct Support Professional.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required and valid in AZ.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Must pass criminal background/fingerprint and central registry checks.
• Must be 21+ with valid driving license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional, medical, and physical care to Danville’s consumers.
• Observe, document, report, and follow up on health, safety, and medical needs.
• Deliver nursing services under the Director of Nursing guidance.
