Job summary

Danville Services of Arizona is hiring a staff nurse to provide emotional, medical, and physical care for clients in home-like settings. You will observe and document health and safety needs, report findings, and take required actions under the RN House Manager's guidance.

The role requires an AZ-licensed RN/LPN with at least 1 year of nursing experience; a background check, valid driver's license, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN degree or LPN required; AZ nursing license valid
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred
• Must pass criminal background check; 21+, valid driver’s license, insurable driving record

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional, medical and physical care to Danville’s consumers.
• Observe, document and report health, safety and medical needs; follow-up actions.
• Implement medical recommendations made by the RN House Manager.
• Work under the RN House Manager and stay within the Nurse Practice Act.
