Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing.
• DD Waiver experience preferred.
• Background check required (criminal history, APS/CPS).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with transfers.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and communicate health needs to staff, families, and providers.
• Administer medications and oversee treatments as ordered.
• Respond to incidents and changes in health status.
• Collaborate on psychotropic medication reviews.
• Maintain accurate MARs.
• Provide direct care and general nursing services as needed.
• Ensure medical supplies are stocked and available.
