Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a nursing professional for a 0.9 FTE day rotation at the Essentia Living Center. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate resident care, coordinating with other nursing staff as needed.

The role requires active RN or LPN licensure and BCLS certification within 1 month of start. Shift is day rotation with weekends every third and a commitment to quality care and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure in appropriate state(s) of employment.
• BCLS certification within 1 month.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide care to residents through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on licensure and job descriptions.
• Meet the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health and comply with Joint Commission or other regulatory standards.
