Job summary

Essentia Living Center (United States) is seeking a registered nurse to lead resident care through assessment, plan, implement and evaluate steps. You will delegate tasks to licensed nursing staff and contribute to the facility's mission while following Joint Commission and local regulations.

The role requires a BSN or ADN from an accredited program, current RN licensure in the applicable state, and BCLS certification within one month of hire.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in the relevant state(s) of employment.
• BCLS certification to be obtained within 1 month of start date.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide care to residents through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on licensure and job descriptions.
