Rich Square Health & Rehabilitation Center in Rich Square, NC is seeking a qualified RN/LPN Night Supervisor to lead the nursing team and supervise care delivery during night shifts.

The role focuses on ensuring adherence to care protocols, coordinating resident plans, and supporting staff to provide compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. This is a salaried, exempt position with opportunities for growth.

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed.
• Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees.
• Handle emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
