• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide guidance and support to STNAs during the shift.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
• Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations.

Schedule

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
