Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Troy, OH is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to join our nursing leadership team. This full‑time role involves supervising nursing staff, ensuring high‑quality resident care, and supporting admissions, transfers, and discharges.

You’ll work three 12‑hour shifts—Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7 AM–7 PM—providing hands‑on leadership, round coverage, and clear communication with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide hands-on support to the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Be visible and available throughout the facility to support staff and residents.
• Conduct rounds and address resident care needs or concerns.
• Assist nurses and STNAs with clinical and resident care needs.
• Monitor staffing and help coordinate coverage when necessary.

Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to join our nursing leadership team!

This is a full-time position working three 12-hour shifts — Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7 AM–7 PM. This consistent schedule offers the opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role while enjoying four days off each week!

What You’ll Do
