Job summary

Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Troy, OH is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to join our nursing leadership team on a full-time basis. The role covers three 12-hour shifts—Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7 AM to 7 PM.

You’ll lead and support the nursing staff, conduct rounds, coordinate coverage, assist with admissions and transfers, and ensure documentation meets facility standards.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Confident, approachable, and willing to provide hands-on support to the team.
• Dependable with strong clinical judgment.
• Ability to work Saturday, Sunday & Monday from 7 AM–7 PM.

Responsibilities

Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to join our nursing leadership team!

This is a full-time position working three 12-hour shifts — Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7 AM–7 PM. This consistent schedule offers the opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role while enjoying four days off each week!

What You’ll Do

As our Weekend Nurse Supervisor, you’ll serve as a visible and supportive leader for our nursing team while helping ensure our residents receive excellent care.
